Sunday, July 13th V-K Stipend Fair Information:

We have settled on a location for the Banquet on Sunday, July 13th.  The Vines-Keeling Stipend Fair will be held at the following location:

Radisson Hotel

6161 W. Centinela Avenue

 The event will start at 10:30am and end at 2:00pm.  The program is set to include the following:

             10:30 – 11:30am    Family Introductions and Prayer

11:30 – 12:30am    Luncheon Buffet

12:30 -  2:00pm      V-K Stipend Fair

The cost is $27.70 per adult and $16.68 for children.  This includes a Luncheon Buffet, Service Charge of 19% and Sales Tax of 8.25%. 

The Luncheon Buffet menu will include:

·        Salad Bar;

·        Choice of two (2) Entrees( choices are Grilled Chicken Breast, Grilled Salmon, Brisket of Beef, Chicken Parmesan, Mushroom Ravioli and Roast Pork Loin);

·        Vegetables, Baked Rolls

·        Coffee and Tea

Note 1: Please tell me your 2 choices for the entrees and I will take the two (2) most popular Entrees.

In addition the children will have Pizza and Finger Items plus Punch and Lemonade. 

 Note 2: My hope is to get at least 50 people for this event (30 adults and 20 children).  I will use June 15th as the cut-off to make the tally.  If at that time it appears to be a low interest level, then we will simply work the V-K Stipend Fair into the activities on Saturday, July 12th.

12:00 - 1:30pm      Clown (Face Painting, etc)

1:00   - 2:00pm      Lunch

2:00   - 2:30pm       Family Photo

2:30   - 3:00pm       Piñata

3:00   - 3:30pm       Awards(Oldest/Youngest/Furthest distance, etc) and Sno-Cones

3:30   - 4:00pm       Tug of War

4:00   - 5:30pm       V-K Stipend Fair, if necessary.
