William Vines is the 9th child of High and Pinkie Vines.  William is named after his paternal grandfather and was born in Texarkana, Texas.

William married Katherine Elaine Smith and had 1 son:

 William married Terri Ann Montgomery and had 1 son Lewis and 1 adopted son,  Christopher.

William and Terri are pictured here at the 1999 Vines and Keeling Family Reunion.

Lewis graduated on May 28, 2001 with a Bachelors of Science, Political Science (with Honors),  from Florida A&M Univerisity, Tallahassee, Florida. Lewis will be attending Law School in the Fall of 2001. Here is his graduation picture.
